what grit are these stones?
Joseph Scuderi
As the Arkansas stones are made from natural stone we can't give an accurate grit size. However, in tests it has been found that the following grit sizes are how they compare to synthetic stone:
Hard Arkansas - 800-1000 grit
Surgical Black Arkansas - 4000-6000 grit
