Sintered diamond core drills have superior cutting and speed efficiency, and unlike electroplated or coated drills they have several layers of diamond grit instead of just one, allowing you to drill hundreds of holes.
These Diamond Sintered core drill bits are our premium range of diamond drill bits for drilling through hard materials such as glass, stone, marble, ceramic, porcelain, granite, quartz, brick and concrete. 10mm shank size. The core runs all the way through allowing you to use these with a water feeding swivel adaptor.
Clean and dress, your Sintered Drill bits before use, and after each use with an Aluminium Oxide Stick to reveal a fresh layer of diamond grit each time.
Please use water to keep the drill bit and your material cool whilst drilling. Use at a slow speed, with little pressure.

Description
Sintered diamond has been bonded to the matrix at very high temperatures and therefore has several layers of diamonds which by dressing or cleaning with an aluminium oxide stone will help maintain the life of your drill bit, revealing a new layer of diamonds each time.
This means that the life of these sintered drill bits can last 10 - 20 times longer than coated diamond drill bits.
