This 320 grit diamond coated wire enables you to cut glass, stone, precious and semi-precious stones, ceramic, fibreglass, fossil, bone, shell, and composite materials. Ideal for cutting your cabochons to size, and in any shape required.

Use wet in a piercing saw frame, slowly, with a back and forth action. The diamond hand saw blades cut cleanly with precision.
The life of the blade depends on many factors including the speed with which you use the wire, the amount of pressure applied, and the hardness and thickness of the material being cut.

" I am amazed by the ease of use, and the results. Without any force at all, letting the blade do all the work, and keeping everything wet, the wire cut through a Roman glass bead 7.4 mm thick at the thickest point very fast.
