Diamond Abrasive Flexible Sheet
This 4"x 4" (100 x 100mm) Diamond flexible abrasive sheet can be folded and manipulated for use on small projects or can be cut and adhered to surfaces and mandrels with which to make your own tools for grinding, shaping, deburring, polishing and sharpening.
Available in the following grades/grits (please contact us for further grit sizes from 60# onwards):
- Coarse 240#, Medium 400#, Fine 800#, Extra Fine1500#, Super Fine 2000#
- Canvas backing
The diamond sheet can be used either wet or dry. Allow the diamond abrasive to do the work and don't apply too much pressure especially if working on a corner or a sharp edge. Work your way through the grades from coarse (240#) to fine (1500#) until you achieve the desired finish.
Diamond flexible sheet can be used on glass, ceramic, granite, carbide, stone and composites.
