Tungsten Carbide cutting burrs in Round Nose Cylinder shape, sometimes referred to as ball nosed. Use to make concave cuts and hollow out, and use the sides of the burr to cut flat areas and round edges. For removal of material, cutting in and defining metals, plastics and wood. Use with your rotary tool, flexible shaft or die grinder. Cutting speed should not exceed 35,000 RPM.
Choose Single Cut (one flute) for use with stainless steel, hardened steel, copper, cast iron, and ferrous metals. Use for heavy stock removal, milling, deburring and cleaning, and for wax carving.
Choose Double cut for use on non-ferrous metals, aluminium, soft steel and also for all non-metal materials such as plastics and hard wood. Use for medium-light stock removal, deburring, finishing and cleaning. Will leave a smooth finish.
